Georgia Elliott-Smith
BEng (Hons) Environmental Engineering graduate, Georgia won the Building 2003 Young Achiever award. Two months later, she went on to establish the environmental consultancy Element 4.
Element 4 offers a wide range of environmental consultancy services to the property & construction industry, assisting architects, contractors, developers and end-users to integrate sustainable practices into their businesses and operations. Current projects include the refurbishment of the Department of the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs' (Defras') headquarters in Westminster and the fit-out of Plantation Place for Accenture. Other clients include architects Scott Brownrigg, Sustainable housing pioneers Anaconda Investments and major contracting groups Morgan Sindall and Kier.
