About Us

Anaconda Investments Limited is a Cheshire based company, created in October 2003 to respond to growing demands for environmentally friendly practice in construction. Though our company is new, its founder Ruth Elliott-Smith, has been renovating and building properties for 30 years.

For our customers this means individual homes of character and excellent quality that are cheaper than ever to run.

We are already winning a reputation for eco-friendly construction. It is our aim where possible to use only materials produced or grown with sustainability as prime consideration. Through best practice on site we ensure minimum waste during the building process. We aim for an Eco Homes rating of "excellent" for every development. The rating is the result of nationwide government and industry backed incentive to improve sustainability and reduce waste.

To succeed in our task, we must ensure maximum thermal performance of buildings (not easy when using reclaimed materials), and cutting waste to landfill.
